Over the years Mr. Kerr has earned a reputation in the lending industry for being responsive to the market and exceeding client needs. This reputation led him to senior roles at Workers Bank as Credit Manager, and then Commonwealth Bank where he managed an asset unit in excess of 100 million dollars.

In 2012, Mr. Kerr joined the staff of Brickell Management Group (BMG) as President, leading the company’s land development, sales, mortgage writing and management business. He was a key leader in the successful management and sales of BMG’s major condominium development projects.

Mr. Kerr has served as President of the Rotary Club of West Nassau, winning the District 7020 Attendance Award for the year 2012-2013.

He has completed the Leadership Program at the University of Western Ontario Richard Ivey School of Business, and the Management Program at the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School. He holds Associates Degrees in Banking and Accounting from the College of The Bahamas.
